This Privacy Policy ("Policy"), is a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "user") and BioEnergy Solutions NZ and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "BioEnergy Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy describes how BioEnergy Solutions collects, uses, and discloses personally, and non-personally, identifiable information of our customers, visitors, employees, officers, and users of our websites, mobile applications, and any other websites, mobile applications, and online services operated by BioEnergy Solutions that reference or link to this Policy. This includes, without limitation, bioenergysolutions.eco (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to our Services regardless of how you access or use them.

This Policy does not apply to information that you may submit to us offline or through third-party (including BioEnergy Solutions Inc) websites or mobile applications that may link to the Services or be linked to on the Services. We are not responsible for the actions or privacy practices of third-party websites and applications; please consult those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.

COLLECTING INFORMATION

We collect, process, and retain information from you and any devices that you may use when you use, access, or interact with our Services, and in other ways described below.

Location data allows us to provide location-based services, such as advertising, search results, remote order and payment, and other personalized services. Information from Children: We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information.

For example, we use third parties to process payments made to us, to deliver products and assist with product fulfilment, returns, and other operations. Sale, Assignment, or Change of Control: We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Services. We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. Under such circumstances, we will request the acquiring party to follow the practices described in this Policy with respect to previously collected information. We will post any changes to our Services on our website. The version immediately preceding a new Policy can be requested so that you can see the changes and when they were made. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by means of a notice on this website. Where required by applicable data protection laws, we will also seek your consent to any material changes that retroactively affects how we use your personal information that was collected under a prior version of this Policy. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of an amended Policy. Amended Policies supersede all previous versions.

When exercising your rights under this Policy, if you select either the option to delete your data or opt-out of its use, such elections will effectively prevent access to some of our Services, including, without limitation, your account, promotional programs, or other Services that require the use of Personal Information, except as necessary to complete any pending purchase transactions between you and BioEnergy Solutions. The deletion of your data and the termination of any accounts does not prevent you from opting in to future incentive programs.

Your California Shine the Light Rights: If you are a California resident, California's "Shine the Light" law permits you to request certain information regarding disclosure of your Personal Information by us and our related companies to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
